FBC Mineral Wells was founded in 1882 and they are positioned for growth.  LBL prepared a Needs Assessment Study and Conceptual Design to help them plan for the future.  They wondered if they should build a new facility at another site.  The existing facility has 43,000 SF located on 3.25 acres in a great location.  LBL determined that with a modest addition and some renovation, they could stay at the existing location and grow to an attendance of 800 on Sunday morning without the huge cost of relocating.
